This privacy statement applies to Leadtality AS for the website leadtality.com.
Data Controller
The primary responsible for the processing of personal data is: Leadtality AS with organization number 931 037 153. Responsible persons at our end are Benedicte Yven.
Our Purpose and Legal Basis
The personal data primarily being names, emails, and in some cases phone numbers, are collected to communicate with potential, current, and past clients, to carry out ordered services and products, and possibly handle any complaints. Other personal data might be processed, but our legal basis is aligned with Art. 6 GDPR Lawfulness of processing.

The processing of personal data will adhere to personal data protection laws / General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) use of personal data, such as collection, registration, compilation, storage, and disclosure or a combination of such uses.
What We Process and How We Collect Personal Data
Some personal data we collect voluntarily, i.e., users provide personal data for us to execute orders of products and services. Some personal data we are mandated to collect and store according to the prevailing regulations. (e.g., accounting documents are legally required as per the accounting act). We primarily collect personal data via the contact form on the website, email, phone, text messages, and messages via social media. Other forms of communication may also occur.
Note that the processing of personal data in relation to specific services and products may be governed by separate agreements made available on the specific product pages. From time to time, we also conduct user and customer surveys to better understand our customers' needs. We will strive to inform you about how we use the information.
Leadtality AS neither collects, registers, nor processes sensitive personal data.
Sharing of Personal Data with Others
Some sharing of personal data is essential (some also obligatory) to run our business. This will typically be IT suppliers (e.g., web hosting, email, software, and cloud services), accounting/audit, consultancy, and legally mandated reporting to authorities.
Leadtality AS is hosted by Kajabi. Additionally, we utilize data processing services from

We believe in good faith that all these data processing services comply with GDPR regulations.
Securing Personal Data
We take security seriously and safeguard personal data in the best possible way so that unauthorized parties do not have access or can modify and affect the personal data. We only use reputable IT suppliers and software.
Access and Correction
According to the personal data act § 18, one has the right to access the data registered about them. Access can be obtained by sending a written request to Benedicte Yven at Leadtality AS, at the email [email protected]. If the registered data is not correct or they are incomplete, you can demand correction in line with the personal data act's § 27.
Storage and Deletion
In line with the personal data act § 28, data that's no longer needed for the purpose they were stored for should be deleted. Leadtality AS stores personal data about clients according to the prevailing Norwegian/European laws.
You can at any time demand deletion of all personal information we have about you, except for data we are required or obliged to store in line with prevailing regulations, e.g., the accounting act.
If you no longer wish to receive emails from us, click the unsubscribe link, typically found at the bottom of each email you receive from us. If you want to be removed from all our registries, send us an email at [email protected].
